About the Role

This position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at RippleMatch Opportunities as an Associate Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our E-Commerce team, you will be responsible for ensuring the exceptional online shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Policies: Create and implement quality assurance policies, processes, and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in our e-commerce platform.
  • Conduct Manual Testing: Conduct manual testing of website defects and new enhancements to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Regression Testing: Perform regression testing of site functionality as part of our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Track and Report Testing Progress: Track and report testing progress across multiple concurrent initiatives and releases to ensure timely completion.
  • Interpret HTML and Browser Functionality: Interpret HTML and browser functionality in an e-commerce environment to identify and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate Testing Across Multiple Environments: Coordinate testing across multiple web environments and websites for U.S., Canada, and Mexico markets to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Access and Excel: Expertise in Microsoft Access and Excel, with Adobe InDesign or Quark Express experience preferred.
  • Prior E-Commerce Experience: Prior B2B/B2C e-commerce experience a plus.
