Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Williamsburg, VA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages and populations, with a focus on child and adolescent mental health.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients individually or as a couple or family to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop a treatment plan
  • Provide counseling services to children and adolescents, including play therapy and other evidence-based approaches
  • Work collaboratively with other clinicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care and client satisfaction
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and research
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a private practice or outpatient setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
