Palliative Care Specialist

The RN Case Manager will provide palliative care services to patients with serious illnesses, focusing on improving their quality of life and alleviating suffering. This role requires a strong understanding of palliative care principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the IDG
- Manage patient symptoms and provide pain management
- Educate patients and their families about disease progression and end-of-life care
Requirements:
- Current unrestricted Florida RN license
- Valid and current CPR certification
- Minimum one year experience in an acute-care hospital environment providing direct patient care
Compensation Package:
- Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance
