Endoscopy Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Endoscopy Nurse to join our team at Wellington Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in our Endoscopy department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

About the Role

As an Endoscopy Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures
  • Assume charge responsibilities as needed
  • Perform on-call responsibilities for the Endoscopy department
  • Support activities that meet the facility vision, mission, and goals
  • Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
  • Minimum of one year of Endoscopy experience
  • Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing
  • BLS (current upon hire)
  • ACLS, PALS, and/or required specialty training or course completion (current upon hire)
  • Current Florida nursing license
  • Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility
