We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Care Providers. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the well-being and independence of our clients.
Responsibilities:- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks to meet individual dietary needs.
- Provide light housekeeping services to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Administer medication reminders as instructed by healthcare professionals.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for visiting clients in their homes.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and effectively.
