Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data engineering pipelines using Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data and solution requirements
  • Develop reusable data assets and engage with stakeholders on agile prototyping
  • Act as a technical expert on analytics/ETL/ELT solutions and tools
  • Participate in sprint planning and manage backlog/prioritization in JIRA boards
  • Lead data model designs and use ETL/ELT strategies and tooling
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure data products meet Genmab quality and compliance guidelines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent
  • 8-10 years of experience in designing and building data engineering pipelines
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience using agile frameworks and delivery models
  • Hands-on experience with analytical tools/platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and native AWS services
  • Strong familiarity with scripting languages like Python and experience with R a plus
  • Good understanding of dimensional data models and data analysis/query optimization
  • Expert knowledge of data architectures to enable Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Mart implementations
