Radiology Operations Manager in San Francisco

About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Operations Manager to join our team at Cynet Health. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing schedules and staffing within designated regions.
Job Description:
- Plan and implement schedules and staffing within designated regions
- Monitor performance and forecast service needs for personnel management and capital equipment justification
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with state regulations and laws
- Maintain personal supervision of all staff in the region
- Engage in direct clinical interaction for the performance of studies
- Maintain communication between management and technologists for quality studies under a radiologist's direction
- Conduct staff evaluations every 90 days and annually
- Assess employee needs and make recommendations to management
- Ensure quality image reviews and manage supply ordering and equipment repair
- Maintain inventory of equipment in the region
- Orient new employees to company policies and procedures
- Assist technologists in solving technical problems and engage in ongoing coaching and counseling
- Review technologist payroll to ensure productivity and resource control
- Communicate with dispatch to maintain consistent patient care and turnaround times
- Implement strategies and activities aligning with the company's overall objectives
- Perform X-rays/Ultrasounds when necessary to maintain service levels
- Oversee fleet management and scheduling for vehicle/equipment maintenance
- Monitor dosimetry reports in radiology
- Continuously monitor and oversee technologist clinical credentialing and service quality
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Director of Operations, Radiology Services
- Adhere to health and safety policies, reporting any incidents immediately

Requirements
- At least two years in the mobile field and two years in a supervisory capacity
- Must have and maintain valid State Rad Tech/CRT and ARRT, ARDMS/CCI certification
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the service area
Physical Demands
The ability to push/pull anywhere from 50 to 100 lbs with equipment ramps and pulleys may be required. The job requires physical activity such as pushing, pulling, or lifting heavy equipment, which can weigh up to 100 lbs. Additionally, the candidate must be able to stand for long periods and walk between different locations.
