About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

As an Acute Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering nephrology care through various therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients, including assessing their needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing care strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver nephrology care through various therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and CRRT
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement care strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification
