We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Express Admissions Unit at ChristianaCare. This is a part-time night shift position, working 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7:30am, with every third weekend and rotating holidays.
About the Role:- As a Registered Nurse in our Express Admissions Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and admission services to patients arriving at our hospital.
- You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to anticipate patient needs, provide medical/surgical nursing care, and ensure seamless transitions to inpatient units.
- With a focus on autonomy and adaptability, you will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high patient turnover.
- BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years from date of hire.
- Registered Nurse with 2 years of experience in acute care.
- BLS required, ACLS preferred (must be willing to obtain after hire).
