Job Title: LPN Medication Nurse - Medication Care Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is a leading provider of senior care services, and we are seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Nurse to join our team as a Medication Care Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
  • Document and maintain accurate records of medication administration
  • Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requirements

Requirements:

  • LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to make choices and decisions in the resident's best interest
  • Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
