Project Engineer I Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Engineer I to join our team at EM Structural LLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of engineering projects from inception to completion.

The Project Engineer I will be responsible for assisting in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets by conducting research, analyzing project requirements, and identifying key milestones and deliverables. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise and support to project teams by conducting engineering calculations, preparing design drawings, and reviewing technical specifications.

You will also be responsible for generating and maintaining project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change orders, to ensure clear communication and documentation of project activities and decisions. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate project coordination and resolve technical issues on time.

A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and 2+ years of experience in engineering or construction-related roles, preferably in project management or project engineering. Strong technical skills with proficiency in engineering software and tools are essential, along with excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also required to collaborate effectively within a team and interface with clients and stakeholders.
