Job Description

Griffin Global Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms.
  • Analyze data and financial reports to inform purchasing decisions and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of purchasing activities with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a purchasing manager, agent, or officer.
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and vendor management.
  • Experience with vendor management software and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work with figures and data.
