About the Job
  • Manage work orders using Maximo CMMS and conduct thorough facility condition assessments to ensure optimal campus conditions.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans, allocating resources effectively to maintain seamless operations.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills, including vendor management and collaboration with external partners.

We offer competitive compensation based on education level or relevant experience. The estimated salary range for this position is $ 80,000 - 110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements
  • 5 years of management experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering services.
  • 3 years of functional experience in facilities maintenance or related fields.
  • Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) certification is an asset.
