Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy Development
  • Formulate and execute a detailed marketing strategy aimed at enhancing visibility and enrollment at Alta Career Academy.
  • Generate and oversee content for the academy's website, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
  • Create and disseminate promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
Community Outreach
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local educational institutions, community organizations, businesses, and other stakeholders to advocate for the academy's programs.
  • Coordinate and conduct informational sessions, open houses, and tours for prospective students and their families.
Public Relations
  • Manage media inquiries, press releases, and public relations initiatives.
  • Forge partnerships with colleges, employers, and community groups.
  • Oversee crisis communication efforts and uphold a positive public image of the academy.
Partnership Development
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with local colleges, technical institutions, employers, and community organizations to create pathways for students.
  • Collaborate with these partners to provide joint programs, internships, and other opportunities for students.
Enrollment Management
  • Work closely with the Admissions team to bolster student recruitment and retention initiatives.
  • Analyze enrollment data and market trends to refine marketing strategies as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing or outreach, preferably within the education sector.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to build and sustain relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the education sector or with non-traditional learning environments.
  • Graphic design skills or familiarity with marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Working Conditions
  • This is a full-time position that may require occasional evening or weekend work for events.
  • Local travel for community outreach and events may be necessary.
