As a Family Partner at Aspire Health Alliance, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and their families who are receiving mental health services. Your expertise and experience will help create a safe and supportive environment for our clients to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support and guidance to clients and their families, drawing on your own experiences as a family member or caregiver.
- Collaborate with the team to promote a culture of understanding, respect, and self-determination in treatment planning.
- Assist clients in identifying and combating stigma and discrimination associated with mental illness.
- Support client participation in consumer self-help programs and advocacy organizations.
- Serve as a liaison between the team and consumer-run programs.
- High School Diploma required; Peer Specialist Certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle required.
- Bilingual skills and/or experience with multicultural populations preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate: $17.50.
