About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Fleet Management team at Titan Ventures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a central point of contact for our fleet operations, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the nationwide hotline for fleet management services, providing assistance and guidance to clients.
  • Record and process incoming inquiries in our ticket system, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution.
  • Manage and process damages to company vehicles, including repair approvals, coordination, and invoice verification.
  • Coordinate transport damages and ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of commercial training or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Organizational talent and a structured approach to work.
  • Strong customer and service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Interest in fleet management and solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
