Job Summary:

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a PTA, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement and execute patient treatment plans, communicate with patients and their families, and provide timely written documentation. Your clinical and professional skills will be developed through knowledge and professional associations.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other team members.
  • Provide timely written documentation per facility and department requirements.
  • Develop and enhance clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional associations.
  • Support and participate in department operations and development.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant curriculum.
  • Able to practice unencumbered.
  • In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
  • Working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources.
  • Full knowledge of resident's rights.
  • Exudes professionalism in presentation.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience. This estimate is based on national averages for Physical Therapist Assistants in Oregon. Your actual salary may vary depending on your qualifications and the company's budget.
