Key Responsibilities
  • Utilizing hands or dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring compliance with health standards for sanitizer levels
  • Organizing and storing clean dishes and cooking tools
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the work area, including equipment, floors, and cooking surfaces
  • Disposing of trash from the dish area and sanitizing garbage containers
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with team members
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and reach above and below head height
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift, with occasional pushing and pulling of equipment
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and damp conditions, with frequent hand immersion in water
Work Schedule

Weekend shifts are required, with an 8-hour workday.
