PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver food and beverage selections to guests. Clear dining tables and ensure all equipment is returned to designated locations. Collect all reusable food items and place them on a designated tray, as instructed.
Maintain safety in service corridors by transporting all items correctly. Take responsibility for the management of all equipment and linens. Address any spills or breakages promptly.
Assemble all necessary equipment for service.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Alongside the primary responsibilities, this role may involve a variety of additional tasks, with the specific focus determined by management based on the hotel’s needs:
Assist in rearranging tables and chairs as required.
Notify supervisors of any issues or guest complaints.
Ensure the proper handling of all equipment, including essential items and props, guaranteeing correct storage after use.
Familiarity with table service protocols is essential.
Ability to articulate details about menu items and preparation techniques.
