Job Summary

This position provides clerical support to the Human Resources team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Manage workers' compensation claims and benefits administration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
