About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team at the Field Club of Omaha. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, including menu development, inventory control, and budget management. You will also be expected to work closely with our Clubhouse Manager and other departmental leaders to ensure seamless integration with front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and preferences
Manage food and labor budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
Collaborate with the Clubhouse Manager and other leaders to achieve business objectives

Requirements
A culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
At least five years of senior-level culinary management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team building and mentorship
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
