As a Motorcycle Service Specialist at Motos America, you will deliver timely and high-quality motorcycle maintenance and repair services to both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities- Execute repair tasks within the designated timeframe whenever feasible.
- Strive to maintain productivity levels as close to 100% as possible, focusing on billable work.
- Conduct service, repairs, and modifications in line with manufacturer guidelines.
- Promptly inform the Service Manager of any additional repairs required or potential delays in completion to ensure customer communication.
- Support the Service Writer in drafting work orders, engaging with customers, and performing test rides to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Upon job completion, ensure accurate documentation of the repair order, including parts used.
- Stay updated with technical skills by participating in training programs as directed by the Service Manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, assisting colleagues in upholding shop cleanliness.
