Key Responsibilities
  • Serve Quality Food and Beverages: Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests in a friendly and helpful manner, adhering to Parkhurst standards and procedures.
  • Manage Cash Handling: Adhere to all cash handling procedures, including processing transactions, handling customer payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Stock and Merchandise: Price and stock all grab and go items, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and merchandise the area using approved materials.
  • Interact with Guests: Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Follow Cleaning Schedule: Follow the cleaning schedule as provided by management, using clean as you go techniques to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Communicate with Management: Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed, and following all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards.
  • Assist Fellow Team Members: Assist fellow team members at every opportunity, providing support and assistance as needed to ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Stand and/or walk for 50% of the time, occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs, and frequently lifting up to 10 lbs.
  • Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
