Job Summary

We are currently seeking highly skilled Registered Nurses (Telemetry) with a strong focus on delivering top-notch patient care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing effective care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans that address patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year full-time experience as a Registered Nurse (Telemetry) within the last 2 years.
  • A current state and/or national license.
