Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical support to patients with cardiac conditions, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' medical histories, conduct physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as necessary
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals
  • Prescribe medications and monitor patients' responses to treatment
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on managing cardiac conditions
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of comprehensive care plans

Requirements

  • Board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty (e.g., cardiology, critical care)
  • Current licensure as a nurse practitioner in the state of Washington
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience working in cardiology or critical care settings, preferably with patients with heart failure or those requiring cardiovascular interventions

Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary of $145,000 per year, taking into account the level of experience and qualifications required for this role. The estimated annual salary range is $130,000 - $160,000, depending on factors such as location and performance.
