Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team in Littleton, Colorado.
About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated professional to work with children with autism and their families, providing individualized developmental plans and implementing the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). As a Developmental Therapist, you will be responsible for teaching new skills to children in a 1:1 setting, engaging them in play-based routines, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized therapy plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality developmental therapy to children with autism, focusing on teaching new skills and promoting comprehensive growth.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, incorporating the principles of the ESDM and Soar's care model.
- Collaborate with families to provide regular insights on their child's progress and offer guidance rooted in best child care practices.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless care and support for children and families.
- Experience in child care roles, such as daycare, nannying, or similar positions, or related educational experiences (e.g., bachelors in psychology or child development).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building connections with young children and their families.
- Ability to work effectively on a team and collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals.
- A competitive hourly rate of $20.50-$26.00, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities.
