Job Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for nephrology care to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a valued member of our team, you will provide essential care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities

Your role involves building meaningful relationships with patients and their families while delivering compassionate and skilled nursing care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing is required, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

">

Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certifications are highly desirable. Experience in intensive care units, critical care units, emergency rooms, or medical surgical units may also be beneficial.
