Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will:

  • Design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
  • Lead projects related to the deployment of new collaboration capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration tools and processes.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations to ensure high availability of collaboration services.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, ideally within a large enterprise environment.
  • Desirable Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-700, MS-721, MS-102.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including PowerShell scripting and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Proofpoint E-mail Protection and familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks like ITIL.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, particularly SAFe, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of networking and security principles, including Active Directory and multi-factor authentication.
