We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our team at Iris Software Inc. This role is designed for a professional who excels in the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions to meet business objectives.
- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Lead projects related to the deployment of new collaboration capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration tools and processes.
- Participate in on-call support rotations to ensure high availability of collaboration services.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, ideally within a large enterprise environment.
- Desirable Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-700, MS-721, MS-102.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including PowerShell scripting and advanced troubleshooting.
- Experience with Proofpoint E-mail Protection and familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks like ITIL.
- Understanding of project management methodologies, particularly SAFe, Jira, and Confluence.
- Knowledge of networking and security principles, including Active Directory and multi-factor authentication.
