Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at GreenLife Healthcare Staffing. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment, including CT scanners and X-ray machines
- Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, including disposing of biohazardous waste and cleaning equipment
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Provide excellent patient care and communication
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
- Valid license or certification in state of practice, if applicable
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high level of professionalism during stressful times
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Background and drug screen
