Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Cobol/Cics Developer to join our team at CSCI Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing Mainframe Cobol/Cics programming services to our Public Sector clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement Mainframe Cobol/Cics programs to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Mainframe Cobol/Cics programs with other systems.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Mainframe Cobol/Cics technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Mainframe programming, with a strong background in Cobol and Cics.
  • Expertise in DB2/SQL and experience with data standards and policies.
  • Ability to translate software requirements into design specifications.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
