Key Responsibilities- Service Provider Management: Oversee the performance of our 3rd party service providers, ensuring they meet our quality and productivity standards.
- Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing timely updates on repair statuses and follow-ups until resolution is reached.
- Service Event Management: Participate in and monitor service events, ensuring proper procedures are followed and our customers receive the best possible service.
- Dispatch and Reporting: Manage and optimize our service dispatches, monitoring status and reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly field service activities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our field service team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring we receive the best possible service and value.
- Process Improvement: Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing and supporting commercial and industrial printing products.
- Skills: Strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with vendors and customers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S) or equivalent work experience.
We offer a competitive salary range of $117,758 to $161,917, depending on experience and qualifications. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
