Job Title: Sales Representative

At Morrison Industries LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Industry knowledge and familiarity with market dynamics, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and closing deals, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
