We are currently seeking a motivated and self-driven Production Laborer. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to efficiently strip, set up, and pour concrete beds.
  • Work closely with the Quality Control Department to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Follow guidance from Team Leaders and Supervisors.
  • Be flexible in performing tasks across various departments, including Architectural, Spancrete, Yard, and Finish Building.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and maintain cleanliness during operations.
  • Engage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives to enhance departmental efficiencies.
  • Understand and adhere to quality program standards to deliver superior work.
  • Arrive at work with a positive attitude and commit to fulfilling job requirements.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of daily tasks and proactively anticipate next steps.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Willingness and ability to work safely in a manufacturing setting.
  • Capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing.
  • Consistent attendance is required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work is necessary.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
  • Ability to follow work orders accurately.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on occasion.
  • Capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and using hands/forearms repetitively.
  • Ability to remain active for up to 12 hours daily.
  • Comfortable working from heights using ladders, scaffolding, and man lifts.

Working Conditions:

  • Exposure to various environmental elements.
  • Potential safety risks associated with production environments.
  • Ability to work in wet, hot, humid, and cold conditions.
  • Willingness to work outdoors year-round.
