About the Role

Tillster, Inc., a global leader in digital ordering and customer engagement solutions, is seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Product Lead to join our growing Product team.

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented individual with proven business acumen and technical expertise to define and manage the development of branded commerce and engagement solutions on web and mobile applications. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and key stakeholders to drive business requirements definition and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the client product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Define and manage the development of branded commerce and engagement solutions on web and mobile applications.
  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage customers and key stakeholders to drive business requirements definition.
  • Scope Management: Assess and manage scope of work, decomposing high-level business requirements into epics and stories.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, account management, marketing, design, data analytics, and engineering throughout the client product development lifecycle.
  • Progress Reporting: Keep stakeholders informed of progress; ensure executive sponsors and others are aware of any potential roadblocks or inability to deliver as committed.
  • User Satisfaction: Test and monitor for customer and user satisfaction, resolve issues through process analysis, application activity, reviews, and customer feedback.
  • Client Enhancements: Lead client product enhancements process through review, prioritization, product development milestones, product launch, and results measurement.
  • Training and Support: Create user training and ongoing support documentation, and facilitate training sessions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 3+ years' experience as a product manager/product owner for consumer, e-commerce, web, and/or mobile applications.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledgeable, hands-on expertise in business process and data analysis, functional design, modeling, product development processes, and software testing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-focused with high quality standards.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of work.

What We Offer

Tillster, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $130,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer:

  • Equity: All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.
  • Health Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits for full-time employees and their dependents.
  • Holidays: Ten paid holidays per calendar year.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days of PTO in the first 12-months of continuous service, and 22 days in subsequent years.
