Job Title: Quotation Specialist

Electripack Inc is seeking a highly skilled Quotation Specialist to join our team. As a Quotation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the sales and bidding process of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for products or services based on customer requirements and company capabilities.
  • Work closely with the sales, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure that the quotations align with the company's strategic goals and meet customer expectations.
  • Analyze technical specifications, understand project scopes, and provide pricing estimates to secure new projects and contracts.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate degree.
  • Blueprint/Drawing reading.
  • IPC/WHMA 620 Certified or any other IPC training.
Work Environment:

Work is performed indoors in a clean, well-lit, climate-controlled facility. Duties may require standing or sitting for long periods of time.
