Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Grand View, Idaho.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience. As a full-time employee, you will also receive guaranteed work hours, payment for direct and indirect services rendered, liability insurance coverage, and access to health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborating with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attending meetings and providing reports on student progress
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid Idaho state SLP License
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
