About the PositionThis full-time clinical track faculty position involves providing high-quality outpatient physical therapy services at Keck Hospital of USC. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with complex needs, including those awaiting or having undergone heart or lung transplants. Your expertise will also be valuable in managing various cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions such as cystic fibrosis, idiopathic lung disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, scleroderma, and pulmonary hypertension.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care and developing individualized treatment plans
- Participating in program development and implementation
- Lecturing and teaching physical therapy students
- Conducting clinical research and mentoring junior faculty members
We are seeking a candidate with a doctoral degree in physical therapy, preferably with two years' experience in treating patients with cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions. A master's degree may be considered if accompanied by at least three years of relevant experience and expertise. Board certification is highly desirable.
BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $72,000 - $100,000.
