Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Echo Technologist to join our team at a Level 3 hospital in Wisconsin. As an Echo Technologist, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and other diagnostic imaging procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform echocardiograms and other diagnostic imaging procedures using Philips EPIC equipment
- Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and obtaining informed consent
- Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and results
Requirements
- RDCS or CCI certification required
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging
- Proficiency with Philips EPIC equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
