  • Drive Brand Ambassadors: Serve as a leading ambassador of the EssilorLuxottica brand, delivering key performance indicators and exceeding expectations.
  • Provide Exceptional Patient Service: Convey a commitment to providing unsurpassed patient service by ensuring staff performs the following service process steps:
    • Address all patients' visual lifestyle needs
    • Make eyewear recommendations based on patients' needs
    • Explain each step of the eye exam; listen carefully to patients
    • Utilize available tools and visual aids to summarize and ensure patients understand each aspect of their vision, eye health, and overall well-being
    • Communicate effectively with patients the need for annual eye exams
    • Conduct all services in accordance with protocol and accepted standards of care
  • Maintain State Licensure and Continuing Education: Maintain State Licensure in good standing and practice to the full scope of that license, responsible for maintaining Continuing Education requirements.
  • Lead by Example: Take pride in the appearance of the office and maintain a safe working environment for all associates and patients.

  • Doctor of Optometry: Possess a Doctor of Optometry degree
