Role Overview:
The Exercise Physiologist will be responsible for conducting treadmill stress evaluations (Balke 3.3) for patients, alongside performing comprehensive health assessments including pulmonary function tests, body composition analysis, and auditory screenings. This role also involves providing exercise consultations tailored to individual patient needs. Additionally, the Exercise Physiologist will manage preparatory tasks and finalize documentation for healthcare providers within our esteemed preventive medicine facility.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of EKG procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Preferred certifications include ACSM Personal Trainer or CSCS.
