About the Job
We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Tru by Hilton Burlington. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our guest rooms.
About You
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. If you're a motivated and organized individual who takes pride in your work, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Stock rooms with essentials to ensure guest comfort
- Collaborate with fellow housekeeping team members to achieve efficient operations
- Prioritize guest requests and respond promptly
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull heavy carts
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals
