  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC checks
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other maintenance technicians to ensure seamless operations
  • Test and recommend new maintenance products to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in building maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in extreme temperatures and physically demanding environments
