Highlights of your role- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor during all business interactions.
- Articulate well in written and verbal communication, able to compose professionally written communications with accurate spelling and punctuation.
- Learn the field service process to provide accurate and detailed information that will allow for a one-time service visit.
- Build a collaborative relationship with the team of care agents, field technicians, and other departments resulting in successful solutions
- Respond to customers inquiries by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
- Excellent computer skills
- Phenomenal communication skills - verbal and written
- Proven customer service experience
- Two-year degree or equal experience in other industries
- Ability to learn new processes
