Mixology Expert

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, expertly mixing drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
• Stay up-to-date on drink trends, ingredients, and techniques to provide innovative and delicious options to guests

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of bartending experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Knowledge of mixology techniques and ingredients
