About the Role

Juniper Networks is seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, and collaborate with other teams to implement new features and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure components, including virtual machines, containers, and storage systems.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues, and implement new features and services.
  • Work with other teams to implement new technologies and services, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including technical guides and operational procedures.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, including AWS and GCP.
  • Experience with containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with scripting languages, including Python and Bash.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
