Painter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled painter to join our team at re:fab Painting & Renovations. As a painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Have general knowledge of ladder and power equipment use
  • Understand preparation procedures, including sanding, caulking, and sealing
  • Be able to learn all painting functions, including painting windows, doors, soffits, fascia, shutters, and more
  • Arrive on time and be able to lift 75 lbs
  • Perform light carpentry and apply wall coverings as directed
  • Keep detailed reports of work completed and report daily logs to the re:fab team
  • Complete jobs on time and budget
  • Read and understand English and comply with all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Have a reliable and insured truck or van to travel to and from job sites throughout New England
  • Have a working cell phone
  • This is a part-time employee position
