Job Description

We are seeking an Operational Support Specialist to join our Pediatric Division. This role will provide professional and administrative support to our Department/Division/Section Physician Leader as assigned and other physicians as needed/assigned.

The successful candidate will act as a liaison for the Division/Section, providing research and analytical support to leadership and faculty. They will also coordinate psychology training programs, including weekly meetings, interview processes, onboarding, and other tasks.

In this role, you will work closely with internal and external customers, exercising discretion and independent judgment when dealing with sensitive matters. You will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the smooth operation of our services and administrative functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (Associate's or equivalent)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or 5-7 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously
