Job SummaryThe Respiratory Therapist plays a vital role in our healthcare team, providing airway management, administering medications, and applying oxygen therapy under physician orders. Our patients range from adults to neonates, and our team works collaboratively to ensure effective therapy.
Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and evaluate therapy plans with communication to physicians and healthcare teams.
- Administer nebulized medications and apply oxygen therapy as needed.
- Manage patient airways and provide secretion management.
- 1 year of clinical experience in respiratory therapy (preferred).
- Associate's degree in respiratory therapy (required).
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certifications (required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
