Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stadium Security Officer to join our team at BIG TOP EVENTS LLC. As a Stadium Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests at Breese Stevens Field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Entrance Security: Deploy and operate walk-thru and handheld metal detectors to ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests.
- Conduct Bag Searches: Monitor guests for restricted items and perform thorough bag searches to prevent any potential security threats.
- Escort Personnel: Safely escort players, coaches, and referees through public areas of the stadium, and monitor restricted access areas to prevent unauthorized access.
- Stadium Expertise: Develop a thorough knowledge of the stadium layout, seating areas, and guest amenities to provide exceptional customer service.
- Initial Responders: Act as initial responders to complaints of uncooperative or intoxicated guests, and escalate situations to Full-Time staff as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills and the ability to respond to situations with flexibility and discretion.
- Team Player: Maintain a positive, safe, and fun work environment, and work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
