Le Suprème, a French brasserie located in the historic Book Tower, is seeking a passionate and professional Host to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who exudes genuine hospitality and can create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Exude genuine hospitality and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Utilize proper phone etiquette when handling guest inquiries and reservations
  • Uphold standards of excellence in Guest relations and Customer service
  • Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Requirements

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to help create a positive dining experience for guests
